This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated in a beautiful city park with the river Ruhr flowing next to it. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms have a nice view, some even with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic surroundings. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast had a good variety of food, including bread and cereal. The staff was friendly and helpful, always able to make suggestions for places to visit. the location was great, close to public transportation and tourist attractions.
The rooms were outdated and in need of refurbishment. The Wi-Fi was not free and the curtains did not properly block out light.

Spent xmas with family for a bargain price. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and friendly staff. Convenient location near transportation and grocery store. Kids enjoyed the pool and sauna.
Rooms are a bit outdated and basic, but still functional. Limited free wifi and paid parking were a bit of a drawback.
